When I started Yummy Brazilian Treats, I wanted to build a bridge between longing and comfort. My goal was to create a connection that could cross borders and bring a piece of the Brazilian soul, its flavors, traditions, and warmth,  straight to the United States.

Missing home is a quiet, persistent feeling. Anyone who lives it knows that it doesn’t just fade away; it transforms. It is in that very space that my creations are born. Every recipe carries the memory of home, the warmth of a shared table, and the unique comfort that only the flavors of our roots can provide.

I’ve always dreamed that every cake and every sweet would be more than just a flavor. I want them to feel like a hug—a moment of belonging and an invitation to feel at home, wherever you may be.

This year, we are celebrating 8 years of Yummy Brazilian Treats. What began as a personal gesture of nostalgia has grown into something deeply meaningful: being part of so many families’ lives across every corner of the U.S., sweetening special moments, and helping create memories that last a lifetime.

At its heart, Yummy is a celebration of life, of Brazilian culture, and of the beauty in sharing what connects us all.
